Establishes systems for maintaining long-term financial health of the organization that include standard procedures that are traceable, transparent, defensible, and consistent with UC and industry best practices. Independently conducts complex financial analyses and modeling, including competing models analysis necessary for planning future financial structures that allow the organization to thrive long-term. Independently, presents budget and financial information to Executive staff and Consortium members. Reports to the Executive Operating Officer; providing recommendations for future financial models, risks, forecasting, and business development cost/benefit modeling. Creates cost models for work products (e.g., the cost of creating a fully operational test question). Creates systems for ensuring that division and department adhere to approved budget.
